This assignment was to write a descriptive paragraph about something using adjectives and similes.
My Favorite Toy
Indy
is my favorite toy. I got her at the
Indianapolis Zoo. She is very soft. Her tail striped like the back of a
zebra. Normally she is quiet but when
she is tossed in the air she makes a rattling noise. She is very special to me because lemurs are
my favorite animals and Papa gave her to me.
I love to sleep with her so she smells like my bedroom. I love Indy!
I still have stuffed animals that Poppa bought me when I was your age! Do you remember the big penguin you got me two years ago? I named him Sherman, because that is the street you live on! Your writing is very nice Loo....keep up the good work! ~Love, TB
